Bad stuff: location -- tricky to find and very blah, no place to walk (but Augusta mall within easy driving distance); room issues -- shower curtain rod hung down instead of out, so water ended up on floor and took 4 days to correct, initially placed in filthy room, but quickly moved to a clean room; AC/heater was non-functioning; housekeeping -- asked them to return after awakened mid morning (jet lagged) by knock on door, and they never came back (but when they did clean, they did a good job). 2012-11-05 - hotels.com
